(also located in Texas, hereinafter "KAI"). Details are provided below. Under the strategic plan to expand Kurarays core business of Vinyl Acetate Chemical chains centering on Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) the decision to acquire the land was taken as it had been deemed necessary to secure land in preparation for plant construction in the United States.
